Peter McKay

My name is Peter McKay and I am running for town councillor.

I recently /retired from the from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police after 31 years of service.

Karen and I moved our family to Logy Bay Middle Cove Outer Cove in 2005 and it was one of the best decisions we have made. Our family enjoys living and being a part of this wonderful community.

Eric and Ellen attended St. Francis of Assisi and I had the pleasure of working with Gerard Rumsey as a community member and chair for St. Francis of Assisi School Council.

Karen and I were active volunteers with the Northeast Minor Hockey Association. Karen as treasurer, and I organized tournaments, fund raising events and managed many Northeast Hockey teams.

I would like to be a part of the new council team for the town of Logy Bay Middle Cove Outer Cove, the town we have come to call home.

I am asking for your vote on November 30.
